- We order a credit report from each of the three main credit bureaus - Trans Union, Experian, and Equifax.
- We dispute the derogatory items on the reports.
- According to the Fair Credit Report Act, the credit bureaus have 30 days to respond to our dispute.
- After the 30 day period, they should send us updated reports for us to see the results.
- If at that point all of the disputed items have not yet been removed, we will continue to dispute until we get your credit as clean as it could possibly be!
